Safety comes before the test.

Before assembly

• Inspect layer adhesion, tail root, ear grips, bayonet lugs, outlet edges, and scent-lid retention.
• Remove strings and sharp print artifacts.
• Reject any cracked, delaminated, or visibly weak part.

Before animal use

• Perform the fit-coupon test first.
• Verify the hatch cannot pull straight out after locking.
• Shake-test the scent lid.
• Run dry wobble and dispensing tests without an animal.

During animal use

• Supervise continuously.
• Stop if the cat chews the plastic or attempts to pull off any component.
• Stop if a claw, tooth, or jaw can become trapped in an opening.
• Remove damaged prints immediately.

Cleaning

For V1 testing, use dry food only. Disassemble, hand wash with warm water and ordinary dish soap, rinse thoroughly, dry completely, and inspect the print before reuse.
